Are you keeping your membership informed? Do you publish a newsletter for them to read? If not, it may be something that your club would like to do. All you need is a willing volunteer!
I am happy to report that most of the clubs in Division 3 do publish some sort of newsletter of club events and distribute it to the membership. Some are done weekly while others are done bi-weekly or even monthly. It is a great way to keep the membership up to date on Kiwanis International activities and initiatives as well as pointing out resources for them to review. This is especially true if it is distributed on line. It can also be used to remind members that we are part of a world wide organization and therefore have a commitment to helping children in other countries. So, if your club doesn't have a newsletter, maybe your should consider starting one.
